Projects

One of our projects is the construction of a showroom and workshop for Audi and Porsche cars on the Dammam – Khobar highway. This project was commissioned by SAMACO, the exclusive dealer of Audi and Porsche in Saudi Arabia. The project value is 24,000,000 SAR and the delivery time is 17 months and was handed over in 2011.

The project involves the construction of a state-of-the-art showroom and workshop facility, covering a land area of 16,000 m2. The showroom displays the latest models of Audi and Porsche cars, while the workshop provides maintenance and repair services for the customers. It also includes landscaping, parking, utilities, and security systems.

The project aims to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction, as well as to increase the sales and market share of Audi and Porsche in the region. The project also creates new job opportunities and contribute to the economic development of the area.
