Al Nobl contracting company is delighted to have been the main contractor for the Panda hypermarket refit projects in Saudi Arabia. The project involved the renovation and improvement of three Panda hypermarket branches in Al Rakah, Dammam, and Abqaiq, owned by Savola Group.

The project started in 2021 and was completed in 2022, with a total value of 12,000,000 SAR. The project scope included the following:

• Reconfiguration and optimization of the store space and layout
• Installation and upgrade of new shelving, display, and checkout systems
• Repair and maintenance of the flooring, roofing, and plumbing systems
• Implementation of new signage, branding, and lighting solutions
• Compliance with the health, safety, and environmental standards

The project was successfully delivered on time and within budget, meeting the high quality and performance criteria of the client. The project also increased the customer attraction and retention, as well as the market share and competitiveness of the Panda hypermarkets.
