Projects

One of our completed projects is the construction of an industrial warehouse building and a steel structural conveyor for SATORP KFIP, the Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company King Fahd Industrial Port. This project was commissioned by GCC-SATORP, a joint venture between Gulf Consolidated Contractors and SATORP. The project value was 200,000,000 SAR and the delivery time was 30 months.

The SCOPE involved the construction of an industrial warehouse building and a steel structural conveyor, covering a land area of 69,000 m2. The warehouse building has a floor area of 18,000 m2 and is used for storing and handling various materials and equipment for the refinery and petrochemical complex. The steel structural conveyor has a length of 1,200 m and is used for transporting bulk materials from the port to the warehouse. The project also included the installation of electrical, mechanical, and fire-fighting systems.

The project aimed to provide a safe and efficient storage and transportation solution for SATORP KFIP, as well as to support the operation and expansion of the refinery and petrochemical complex.

We delivered this project with excellence and professionalism in 2015.
