Al Muhaidib Business Quarter is a prestigious and modern office complex located in the heart of Dammam, Saudi Arabia. It consists of four buildings, each with 3 floors, offering a total of 35,000 square meters of office space. The buildings are connected by several landscaped gardens, a fountain, and a café. The complex also provides ample parking spaces, security services, and advanced technology systems.

Al Nobl Contractors are proud to have been the main contractor for this project, which was completed in 2018. We were responsible for the design, construction, and installation of all the civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural works. We worked closely with the client, Al Muhaidib Group, and the consultant to ensure the highest quality and standards of the project. We also adhered to the environmental, health, and safety regulations, and implemented the best practices of project management.

We are honored to have contributed to the development of Al Khobar, and to have delivered a state-of-the-art office complex that meets the needs and expectations of the business community.
