Al Nobl contracting company is honored to have been the main contractor for the turn key project of Al Muhaidib headquarters in Al Khobar Coastal Road, Cross Salman AL Farisi St., Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The project involved the construction, and commissioning of a modern and elegant office building for Al Muhaidib group, one of the leading conglomerates in the region.

The project started in 2006 and was completed in 2007, with a total value of 70,000,000 SAR. The scope included the following: Site preparation and earthwork of a 35000 m2 land, construction of a 12000 m2 office building, installation and testing of advanced IT, communication, security, and automation systems, provision and integration of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and firefighting systems, implementation of quality, safety, and environmental standards and regulations, handover and training of the client’s staff and operators.

It was successfully delivered within 16 months, meeting the high expectations and satisfaction of the client. The project also enhanced the corporate image and identity of Al Muhaidib group, as well as their operational efficiency and productivity.
