Al Nobl contracting company is pleased to have been the main contractor for the turn key project of Al Mutairi Furniture Factory & Warehouse in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The project involved the design, construction, and commissioning of a state-of-the-art furniture factory and warehouse, owned by Mr. Mohammad Habbas al Mutairi.

The project started in 2008 and was completed in 2009, with a total value of 20,000,000 SAR. The project scope included the following:

• Site preparation and earthwork of a 23000 m2 land in the 2nd Industrial City
• Construction of a 15000 m2 factory building and a 5000 m2 warehouse building
• Provision and integration of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and firefighting systems
• Implementation of quality, safety, and environmental standards and regulations
• Handover and training of the client’s staff and operators

The project was successfully delivered within 16 months, meeting the high expectations and satisfaction of the client. The project also enabled the client to expand and diversify their furniture business, as well as to provide high-quality products and services to their customers.
