Al Nobl contracting company is proud to have been the contractor for the Coca-Cola manufacturing and warehouse plant facility maintenance and expansions project in the 1st Industrial City, Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The project involved the renovation and upgrading of the existing plant, as well as the construction of new buildings and facilities to increase the production capacity and efficiency of the Coca-Cola company in the region.

The project started in 1992 and was completed in 2004, with a total value of 100,000,000 SAR. The scope included the following: Demolition and removal of old structures and equipment, construction of new production lines, warehouses, offices, laboratories, and utilities buildings, landscaping and paving of the site, electrical, mechanical, civil, and architectural works, quality control and safety management.

The project was successfully delivered on time and within budget, meeting the high standards and expectations of the client. It also contributed to the economic development and employment opportunities in the area, as well as the environmental sustainability and social responsibility of the Coca-Cola company.
