Al Nobl Contracting Company is proud to have been the main contractor for the construction of the headquarters for Isam Khairy Kabbani (IKK), located in Salman Al Farisi St, Al Khalidiyah Al Janubiyah, Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

This project, completed in 2007, involved the construction of an office building and warehouse on a land area of 7,500m². Despite the scale and complexity of the project, our dedicated and skilled team was able to deliver the project within a timeframe of 16 months.

The total value of the project was 22,000,000 SAR. Our commitment to quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction has been appreciated by our esteemed client, IKK.
