Al Nobl Contracting Company completed the turn key project of IKK (mateenbar & PVC pipes) office building, production building and warehouse.

The scope involved the construction of a state-of-the-art facility for IKK, a leading manufacturer of Mateenbar and PVC pipes in the Middle East. The facility is located in the Third Industrial City in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and covers a land area of 12,000 m2, with a built-up area of 7,000 m2.

It was delivered in 2021, within the budget of 20,000,000 SAR, and under the supervision of Basorrah, a reputable engineering consultancy firm. The project showcases Al Nobl’s expertise in delivering high-quality and cost-effective solutions for industrial clients, and demonstrates our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
