Al Nobl contracting company is proud to have been the main contractor for the complete earthwork and structural work for Badia Strip mall in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. It involved the preparation and construction of the foundation, substructure, and civil work of the strip mall, owned by Almajdouie Group.

The project started in 2019 and was completed in the same year, with a total value of 7,000,000 SAR. The project scope included the following:

1.      Excavation and backfilling of the site
2.      Installation of columns, beams, and slabs
3.      Erection of steel frames and trusses
4.      Construction of walls & partitions
5.      Coordination and supervision of the subcontractors and suppliers

The project was successfully delivered on time and within budget, meeting the high specifications and expectations of the client. It also created a new shopping destination and a commercial hub in the area, as well as a source of income and employment for the local community.
