Al Nobl Contracting Company is proud to present one of its most prestigious projects: the Moda Air Defense Headquarter Building, located in Yanbu, Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This project was commissioned by the Royal Commission in 2008 and completed in 16 months, with a total value of 30,000,000 SAR.

The project involved the construction of various facilities for the Moda Air Defense Headquarter, including:

• Officer’s Quarter: A residential building for the officers and their families, with 120 units of different sizes and amenities.
• Mosque: A place of worship for the Muslim community, with a capacity of 500 people and a minaret of 25 meters high.
• Guard Houses: Four security checkpoints for the entrance and exit of the headquarter, equipped with surveillance cameras and metal detectors.
• Non-Commissioned Officer’s Barracks: A dormitory building for the non-commissioned officers, with 240 beds and a common area.
• Warehouses: Two storage buildings for the equipment and supplies of the headquarter, with a total area of 4,000 m².
• Super Structure Tanks: Two water tanks with a capacity of 1,000 m³ each, supported by steel structures and concrete foundations.
• Pump Stations: Two pump stations for the water supply and drainage of the headquarter, with a total power of 500 kW.

It covered a land area of 78,000 m² and involved the use of high-quality materials and advanced technologies. The project was delivered on time and within budget, meeting the client’s expectations and specifications.
