One of our completed projects is the construction of an office building and workshop for Rosen Enterprise, a global leader in the oil and gas industry. This project was commissioned by Rosen Group, the parent company of Rosen Enterprise. The project value was 26,000,000 SAR and the delivery time was 17 months.

The project involved the construction of a modern office building and workshop facility, covering a land area of 6,500 m2. The office building has two floors, with a total floor area of 1000 m2. The office building houses the administrative, technical, and sales departments of Rosen Enterprise, as well as a conference room, a cafeteria, and a reception area. The workshop facility has a floor area of 1,500 m2 and is equipped with the latest machinery and tools for the maintenance and repair of oil and gas equipment.

The project aimed to provide a comfortable and efficient work environment for the employees of Rosen Enterprise, as well as to showcase the company’s expertise and reputation in the market.

We delivered this project with excellence and professionalism in 2012.
